Fully equipped kitchen with central island, designed for cooking and sharing meals in a simple and convivial way.

The spacious and welcoming living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and socializing.
Equipped with a flat-screen TV, fireplace, and library for guest use. Air conditioning.

Outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation and conviviality, with a table under the porch, a lounge area with a fire pit and sun loungers overlooking the countryside.
